Former welterweight champion Robbie Lawler has reportedly pulled out of his bout with Donald Cerrone… just two days after the fight was signed.
TMZ Sports reported the news on Friday night, just twenty minutes after Donald Cerrone posted a picture of himself with Lawler on Instagram.
TMZ reports that Cerrone will remain on the card, with an as yet unknown opponent.
UFC 205 takes place at Madison Square Garden in New York City, and is the UFC’s first event ever to be held in New York after mixed martial arts was finally made legal in the state earlier this year.
