Dillon Danis has won his second professional mixed martial arts fight by, what else, way of submission.
The New Yorker defeated Max Humphrey at Madison Square Garden tonight via armbar in the first round. And, while most had predicted the bout to end in that exact fashion, in actuality Danis first tried to show off other routes to victory, taking Humphrey down and displaying some improved ground and pound abilities.
The fight was Danis’ first since his suspension earlier this year for his part in the infamous UFC 229 brawl. Check out the entirety of his win over Humphrey’s in the video below.
