Conor McGregor says he will be fighting Justin Gaethje before Khabib Nurmagomedov, and promises he will “fucking butcher” him.
McGregor was watching UFC 249’s main event between Gaethje and Tony Ferguson with interest, and clearly believes he’ll meet the American for the interim lightweight title in the near future.
“The fans make the sport! Watching the other night I was against going in without them. But it will be my fucking pleasure to display the power I possess with zero background noise for them. It’s me and Justin next as khabib is the biggest bottle fighter in the game. Guarantee it,” McGregor wrote on social media.
