It’s Monday so that means another episode of The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani.

Starting at 6pm GMT today (1pm ET), Helwani will run the rule over the last week of mixed martial arts action. Today’s guests include Demetrious Johnson and Henry Cejudo, who will speak of their contrasting fortunes in the UFC flyweight division after Saturday’s The Ultimate Fighter Finale.

Also on the show will be Conor McGregor’s training partner Dillon Danis, who will talk about what’s next for both him and McGregor. Danis is slated to appear at around 7.25pm GMT.
